Millet Pudding
Millet Pudding. Millet is an easily digestible food, does not burden the stomach and is gluten-free, which is very important for gluten-intolerant people.
To begin with, we will wash the millet well under running water and leave it in water for at least two hours, and it is easiest for me to prepare it in the evening and leave it submerged overnight.
In the morning, millet is ready to prepare a light and tasty breakfast. First, we will cook it on low heat, for which we need 15 minutes.
When it cools down, transfer it to a chopper or a food processor, it depends on what you have, add 1 mashed banana, 2 teaspoons of bitter cocoa, 1-2 teaspoons of honey and beat until a fine, smooth texture. Serve it with fruit of your choice.
All you have to do is enjoy this great breakfast or snack.
Bon Appetite
