Valentine’s Day is approaching and I decided to prepare a wonderful surprise for all our dear and loved ones 💖 A soft, tender and delicious surprise made with a lot of love 🥰 It will brighten up any holiday table, and it is also ideal for all other occasions when you want to brighten up someone day and show how much you care 💕

Recipe:
– 250g of butter
– 250g of sugar
– 5 eggs
– 250g of flour
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
– 1 baking powder
– 2 spoons of cocoa
– Powdered sugar for decoration
Procedure:
1) Add sugar and vanilla flavoring to the softened butter. Beat with a mixer until the mass becomes foamy. Stir from time to time with a whisk so that the butter at the bottom of the bowl is nicely whipped.
2) Add the eggs one by one while constantly whisking until the mixture becomes airy and foamy.
3) Mix flour and baking powder and sift into the mixture. Stir gently from the bottom of the bowl to the top until all the lumps disappear
4) Separate a quarter of the mixture into a separate container. Add two spoons of cocoa and beat with a mixer so that the cocoa is well combined. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper. The thickness of the mixture should be about 1 cm. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C
5) Use a mold to remove the hearts from the baked cocoa mixture. We arrange them in a 24x14cm mold, on the bottom of which we put a little light dough mixture. When we have arranged the hearts along the entire mold, pour the rest of the mixture so that it covers the hearts on all sides
6) Bake the cake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40-45 minutes
Before serving, decorate the cake with powdered sugar
