Raspberry Chocolate Tart

Raspberry Chocolate Tart is a simple and quick no-bake treat that tastes fantastic. It can be prepared by someone who has no culinary skills. All you need is good will and a few ingredients, and you will be delighted with the result.

Groceries:
300g of ground biscuits
150g of butter
100ml of orange juice
300g of raspberries
150g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
250 ml of water
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
300g of dark chocolate
300 ml of sweet cream
Some hazelnuts for decoration

Preparation:
Mix ground biscuits, butter and orange juice. If you like it sweeter, add powdered sugar. I didn’t add anything and it was sweet enough. Press the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 32 cm and put it in the refrigerator.
Bring the raspberries, sugar, vanilla sugar and water to a boil, then add the cornstarch. Cook for 2 minutes, cool and pour over the biscuit filling. Put it in the fridge.
Heat the chocolate and sweet cream and melt until combined, then pour over the raspberries. If desired, decorate with coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts.
