Necessary food items:
– 200g of fresh dates
– 400g of dried figs
– 100g of raisins
– 300g of roasted almonds
– 3 spoons of rum
– Coconut crumbs for sprinkling
Procedure:
Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in hot water for 20 minutes. We also pour water over the figs. Soak raisins in rum. We grind the almonds coarser.
Chop the figs and dates a little so that they are easier to grind, then grind them into a chop. Mix the resulting mixture with almonds and raisins and knead by hand.
