Pineapple Cake

Today I am making a pineapple cake, ready in 5 minutes, without baking. Refreshing and tasty, a winning combination. You will enjoy it with afternoon coffee or tea.
Make it yourself and serve it to your family and friends. Everyone will be asking you for this recipe

Groceries:
– 400g of ground biscuits
– 125g of butter
– 200ml of pineapple juice (from a can of pineapple)
– 400g of canned pineapple
– 120g of dark chocolate
– 100g of sweet cream

Procedure:
Melt butter and mix with biscuits and pineapple juice. Stir until everything is combined, then add the pineapple and mix everything together once more.
I did not add sugar, the biscuit was sweet enough, and you can add powdered sugar as desired.
Put it in a mold with transparent foil and leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour to harden.
During this time, melt the chocolate and add the sweet cream and make the topping for the cake.
Take the cooled cake out of the mold and cover it with chocolate topping. If desired, decorate with chocolate candies or crumbs.
