Baked Beans
This dish is so delicious that it will be poured three times. Ideal for vegans and people who watch their diet. Tasty and full of protein, but little fat
Ingredients :
– 500g of white beans
– 200g of leeks
– 2 large carrots
– 3 bay leaves
– 4 heads of red onion (400g)
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1.5 teaspoons of salt
– 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
– 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
– 3 teaspoons of sweet pepper
– 2 tablespoons of oil
Procedure:
Let’s leave the beans overnight in the water. In the morning, wash it and pour 1 liter of water and cook for 10 minutes after it boils. If necessary, skim off the foam that results from boiling. Drain the water and pour in new water, about 1.8 l. Add leek, carrot, bay leaf and cook for about 1 hour. At the end of cooking, add spices.
Separately, fry the onion in oil and season with paprika.
In the oven dish, arrange a row of beans, a row of onions until all are used.
Bake uncovered at 180°C for about 50 minutes until it gets a nice color
