Ingredients for the dough:
– 250ml of warm milk
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 30g of fresh yeast
– 2 eggs
– 80ml of oil
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– About 500g of flour

Add sugar and yeast to the heated milk and leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Then add eggs, oil, salt and slowly add flour. Mix with a blender, and when the mixture becomes thick, use your hands. Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands and becomes elastic.
Transfer to the work surface and stretch the dough into a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick.

Foods for filling:
– 500g of cream cheese
– Blanched chard
– Boiled or roasted red pepper
– 250g of ham
– 8 hard-boiled eggs
– Some feta cheese

– 1 egg for coating
– Flax and sesame

We spread a third of the dough with cream cheese, then arrange chard, pepper, ham, eggs and feta cheese. We rolled in a loaf until half of the dough. Cut the rest of the dough into strips 1 cm wide. We take three strips each and knit. When we have knitted everything, we roll the dough to the end and fold it into a circle. Transfer to a baking tray and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with flax and sesame seeds. Let it rise for another 20 minutes before baking.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes

Good appetite!!!
