Feta Cheese Sourdough Rolls

Ingredients needed:
– 200ml of milk
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 20g of fresh yeast (half a package)
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 2 eggs
– 60ml of oil
– 80ml of mineral water
-500-550g of flour

To charge:
– Feta cheese

To coat:
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 spoon of milk

For sprinkling:
– Chia seeds (optional flax or sesame)

Heat the milk until it is warm (not too hot), add sugar and crumble the yeast. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
After the yeast has started to ferment, add eggs, salt, oil, mineral water and sifted flour in order. Knead everything by hand and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.
The dough has filled the entire container and now we transfer it to the surface where we will work. Divide into smaller balls and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Now our dough is ready to work.
This time I made rolls and filled them with feta cheese. The entire manufacturing process is in the video.
