Peach Crostata Recipe. It’s time for juicy and sweet peaches, so I decided to make one of my favorite cakes – peach crostata, beautiful, tasty, decorative and easy to prepare.

Recipe:
Ingredients needed for the dough:
– 250g of flour
– 10g of baking powder
– 100g of sugar
– 125g of butter
– 2 eggs
– a pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
For the filling:
– 800g of firm peaches
– about 400g of peach jam
– 2 spoons of sugar
– 2 spoons of semolina
– 1 vanilla sugar
Procedure:
Add baking powder, sugar, a pinch of salt and butter to the flour and knead by hand until the butter and flour are combined. Then add the egg and vanilla and continue kneading until the dough stops sticking to your hands. Shape it into a ball, wrap it in transparent film and leave it in the fridge for about half an hour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and transfer it to a mold with a diameter of 26 cm, pat it down and remove the excess.
Let’s put the dough aside while we prepare the peaches.
We wash them, dry them and cut them into thin slices.
Cover the dough with jam and arrange the fruit slices in a circle.
Mix sugar and semolina and sprinkle over the fruit. Our cake is ready for the oven
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35-40 minutes
