Ingredients for the dough:
– 2 eggs
– 100g of sugar
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– 175g of butter
– 1 spoonful of sour cream
– 350g of flour
– 1 baking powder
Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs and beat. Then add butter and sour cream and continue whisking. Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the dough. Knead by hand. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. During this time, we make the raspberry filling
Ingredients for the filling:
– 400g of raspberries
– 300ml of water
– 150g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 40g of corn starch
Cook the raspberry filling and cool it down.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. Separate one part and press it into the baking mold. Pour the filling over the dough and smooth it out. Set aside while we separate the second part of the dough and cut strips about 1 cm wide. We arrange the strips over the raspberry filling so that we get a criss-cross grid.
Brush with beaten egg and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the baked pie with powdered sugar. We taste it when it has completely cooled down.
