Blueberry White Chocolate Tart

Blueberry White Chocolate Tart. It’s blueberry season and today I’m making a nice, quick dessert from this delicious fruit without baking.

Ingredients needed for the crust:
– 300g of ground biscuits
– 125 g of butter
– 80ml of milk

Combine all the ingredients and press them into the tart mold. Let’s put it in the fridge while we make the ganache

Ingredients for Ganache:
– 200g of white chocolate
– 300g of sweet cream

Grate the chocolate, add the cream and heat over low heat until everything is nicely combined

For the filling we still need:
– 300g of fresh blueberries

Spread the blueberries over the biscuit crust and then pour the ganache over it.
Let’s leave it in the fridge overnight and it’s ready to serve the next day.
Easy to prepare and extremely tasty treat ready for class. The combination of white chocolate and refreshing blueberries is a hit.
