Ingredients needed for the dough:
150 ml of milk
150 ml of yogurt
80ml of oil
1 spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
25g of fresh yeast
6g of baking powder
2 eggs
600 – 650g of flour

For coating:
1 egg yolk
1 spoon of milk

To fill:
– Feta cheese

Procedure:
1) Add sugar to lukewarm milk and crush the yeast. We wait about 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.

2) Pour the added yeast into a mixing bowl, add oil, yogurt, and salt. Break 2 eggs and add baking powder. Add sifted flour, part by part. We mix first with a mixer, and then when we add enough flour, we knead by hand. Knead until the dough stops sticking to your hands.

3) Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
After 1 hour, the dough filled the bowl to the top. Place it on a floured surface and knead it a little. Divide the dough into eight parts and let it rest a little longer.

4) Roll out one ball of dough into a slightly elliptical shape with a rolling pin. Fold and cut the edges every centimeter. We pass the dough loops through each other making a braid. Put the cheese inside, close and pinch the edges of the dough.

5) Arrange the pastry in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
We repeat the same with the other parts of the test.
Cover the pastry and leave for about 20 minutes while the oven heats up.
Mix egg yolks and milk and coat each roll.

6) Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes
