Cherry Cake
Cherry Cake, sweeten ourselves with a simple, easy-to-prepare and well-known cake, and I would also like to add, a cake from my childhood.

Ingredients for cherry cake:
– 3 eggs
– 180g of sugar
– 1 bag of vanilla sugar
– 100ml of oil
– 150g of Greek yogurt
– 250g of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 300g pitted cherries
– powdered sugar for sprinkling
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add oil and Greek yogurt. Let’s continue to mix until everything is combined. Add flour and baking powder and mix until the dough becomes smooth without lumps.
Line a baking mold (25 x 15 cm) with baking paper. Pour half of the dough and half of the cherries, then the other half of the dough and the rest of the cherries.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar and enjoy this juicy and delicious cake.
