Groceries:
– 2 eggs
– 150g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 100ml of oil
– 150 ml of milk
– 200g of flour
– 60g of cocoa
– 1 baking powder
– 100 – 150 g of cherries, fresh or frozen
– Powder sugar

Procedure:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add oil and milk. Combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder separately and sift into the dough.
Mix and pour into a buttered mold.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes.
Sprinkle the baked cake with powdered sugar and serve.
