Let’s separate the yolks from the whites. Put the egg whites aside for later. First, beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla with a mixer.
Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat and mix into the egg yolk cream. Combine everything with a mixer and then add flour and baking powder. Mix until everything is combined into a smooth mixture without lumps.
Now beat the egg white into stiff snow. Using a spoon, fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk filling part by part and slowly mix with a whisk.
Pour the finished mixture into a 25 cm diameter baking mold that we have greased with butter and lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes
Ingredients for the cream:
– 500ml of sweet cream
– 200g of dark chocolate
Mix the sweet cream and chocolate and heat over low heat until combined.
Prick the baked biscuit with a fork so that it absorbs the cream.
Pour the hot cream on the hot biscuit. Let the cake cool down to room temperature first, and then put it in the fridge.
When the cake has set, take it out of the mold onto a serving tray and decorate it.
Good appetite !!!
