Chocolate Raspberry Tart.
No-bake chocolate raspberry tart, a fantastic combination of refreshing raspberries and creamy dark chocolate.

Tart base:
– 300g of ground biscuits (- 20g for decorating the finished tart)
– 100g of butter
– 100ml of milk

For the ganache:
– 250g of dark chocolate
– 400ml of sweet cream

And more:
– 300g of raspberries

Procedure:
Mix biscuits, butter and milk and press into a 25 cm diameter tart mold. Let it cool for half an hour.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the sweet cream on a hot stove.
Put raspberries over the base, preferably fresh because they will have a nicer structure than frozen ones. Pour the ganache over the raspberries and leave it in the fridge to set, preferably overnight.
The next day, decorate as desired with the rest of the ground biscuits and raspberries and our tart is ready to be served.
