Colorful Pie
Colorful Pie with spinach and ham. A very nice, tasty breakfast or dinner with a glass of yogurt for the whole family. Quick, easy and cheap.

All measurements are for 200ml glasses:
– 4 eggs
– 1/2 cup of oil
– 1 glass of yogurt
– 1 glass of carbonated mineral water
– 300g of cheese of your choice
– 3 cups of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 100g of boiled spinach
– 3 spoons of pepper spread (ajvar)
– 200g of ham
– 1 red pepper

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with a wire and immediately add oil, yogurt and mineral water. Stir to combine the ingredients, then add the crumbled cheese and a teaspoon of salt (the amount of salt depends on how salty the cheese is)
Mix baking powder with flour and sift through a sieve into the dough. Mix until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
Take three containers and divide the mixture into three equal parts.
In the first part, we add drained and chopped spinach.
In the second part, add diced ham and pepper.
In the third part, we add ajvar (pepper spread).
Take a 28x18cm mold lined with baking paper. We pour the red mixture and put it in the oven heated to 200°C for 5 minutes to make a little crust so that the mixture does not mix and spill.
Pour the yellow mixture and bake it in the oven for 5 minutes.
Finally, pour the green mixture, reduce the oven to 180°C (360°F) and bake for about 40 minutes.
The tricolor pie is ready for tasting.
