Ingredients for the dough:
– 2 eggs
– 100g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– Pinch of salt
– 100g of butter
– 1 spoonful of sour cream
– 250g of flour
– 1 baking powder

Knead the dough from the above ingredients and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, while you cook and cool the vanilla cream.

Ingredients for Vanilla Custard:
– 1 egg yolk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla
– 3 spoons of cornstarch
– 400ml of milk
– 150g of sugar
– 50g of butter

Mix egg yolks, vanilla and starch with milk and sugar. Cook with constant stirring until it boils, then add the butter. Let it cool down

For the apple filling:
– 3 red apples
– A little granulated sugar
– 1 egg for coating the dough

Cut the apples into quarters and remove the seeds. Then we cut the quarters into thin slices.

Roll the dough into a circle with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5-6 mm, cut the ends of the dough (about 3-4 cm) and cross them as in the video. Spread the vanilla cream and arrange the apples in a circle from the outside to the inside. Brush the dough with beaten egg and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes.
