Crustless Meat Pie

Crustless Meat Pie. Light, tasty, and most importantly, it is quick to prepare and is ideal for breakfast or with dinner as a side dish.

Ingredients for meat pie:
– 300g of ground beef
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
– 200g of leeks
– 200g of red pepper
– a bunch of parsley leaves
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
– 3 eggs
– 70ml of oil
– 250ml of yogurt
– 250g of flour
– 1 baking powder
– sunflower and sesame seeds

Fry the meat in a little oil for about 10 minutes, add leek, pepper, parsley and spices and fry for another 8 minutes, then let it cool down a bit.
During this time, beat the eggs, add oil, yogurt and flour with baking powder. Mix until the dough becomes smooth. Now add the meat and vegetable filling and mix until everything is combined. Pour into a mold with a diameter of 25 cm and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes
