Crustless Turkish Pie

Necessary food items:
– 3 eggs
– 200g of feta cheese
– 150ml of yogurt
– 80ml of oil
– 300g of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
– pepper to taste
– 2 potatoes
– 2 peppers (red and green)
– 1 larger or 2 smaller tomatoes
– 1 head of onion
Procedure:
Beat the eggs until foamy with a mixer. Add cheese, then yogurt and oil. Mix until well combined. Add 1 baking powder to the flour and sift together right into the dough. Mix until the dough becomes smooth, without lumps.
Let’s put the dough aside until we arrange the vegetables.
Wash, clean and then cut potatoes, peppers and onions into small cubes. Peel off the skin of the tomato, chop it into small pieces and add it to the rest of the vegetables.
Pour all the vegetables into the bowl with the whipped pie dough and mix until everything is well combined.
Pour in a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm and lined with baking paper.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes
