Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add butter at room temperature and cream. Mix well. Mix baking powder with flour and sift through a sieve into the dough. Mix until combined, then divide the dough into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one part, mix it, wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
In the second part of the dough, add more flour as needed, mix and also wrap in foil and store in the refrigerator.
When the dough has rested, we prepare the baking tray, cover it with baking paper and the magic begins. We make the shapes we want, we play, and the best thing is if you have little helpers to play with. It will be nice for you and your children.
In the video, I showed 10 ways to shape Danish biscuits, and you can choose the ones you like and add your own ideas. Enjoy ❤️
Bake the biscuits at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle the baked biscuits with powdered sugar.
I store them in a tin box so they can last for weeks but are eaten right away. With tea or coffee, the taste is fantastic and the pleasure complete.
Good appetite ❤️
