Components:
– 300g of wholemeal flour. I used spelled, and you use whatever you like or currently have in your pantry home. You can also mix several types
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 50g of seed mixture
– 1 baking powder
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 300ml of warm water

Procedure:
Sift the flour and add salt, baking powder, seeds, olive oil and mix everything with water. Cover with transparent foil and store overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, put the lunch in a baking dish and sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C, and then another 30 at 180°C. Cover the baked bread with water and wrap it in a cloth. When it cools down, cut it and enjoy the healthy and tasty bread.
