Easter Mimosa Salad

Easter Mimosa Salad. Brighten your Easter table with a fresh and colorful Easter Mimosa Salad! This vibrant dish combines leafy greens, citrus, and a light dressing, creating a refreshing and festive side salad for your holiday meal.

Ingredients needed for a small salad:
– 400g of potatoes
– 200g of carrots
– 300g of fried chicken fillet
– 3 poached eggs
– 150g of canned sugar
– 200g of mayonnaise
– 200g of sour cream
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 150g peanut sticks
– A connection of spices

Peel potatoes, carrots, chicken and eggs. Grate the potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater, and shred the chicken with a fork.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate them separately on a finer grater.
Make a dressing of mayonnaise and sour cream.

Prepare a tray and if you have a suitable cake frame for easier stacking.
1st layer – potatoes and salad dressing
2nd layer – sweet corn
3rd layer – chicken and dressing
4th layer – carrot
5th layer – chicken

Spread the dressing liberally on all sides and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Arrange the chopsticks in a circle around the entire salad.
After that, sprinkle the egg whites on the salad and decorate with sprigs of pepper and egg yolk.
