Leaf Wreath with Cheese and Spinach

Leaf Wreath with Cheese and Spinach. Today we are preparing an easy and delicious puff pastry with cheese and spinach.
When you don’t know what to do, here is a quick idea for breakfast, dinner or surprise guests.
All you need is ready-made puff pastry, some cheese, two eggs and spinach

Groceries:
– 300g of puff pastry
– 300g of feta cheese
– 200g of spinach
– 2 eggs
– flax seeds for sprinkling

Procedure:
Mix cheese with 1 egg, add finely chopped spinach. I didn’t add salt because the cheese is salty and you add salt to your taste.
Unwrap the dough and spread the filling on a third. Then cut half of the dough into strips 1cm wide and twist as shown in the video. Brush the wreath with beaten egg and sprinkle with flax seeds.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes.
