Millet Pie
Millet Pie. A slightly different pie and a flourless pie. Instead of flour, used cooked millet, an extremely healthy gluten-free grain.
You will eat this pie without a guilty conscience because it is a friend of your slim line.

Wash 100g of millet well and soak it in water and leave it overnight. The next day, we wash the millet and pour new water. Add 250 ml of water to 100 g of millet and cook for 20 minutes. All the water will boil and it will be thick like when we cook rice. We wait for it to cool down and only then add it to the pie.
Wash and grate the zucchini.
Beat the eggs until foamy and add the drained zucchini. Add the spring onion cut into rings, then feta cheese and boiled millet. Add 1 baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt and finally oil. I used grape seed oil because it is healthier than sunflower oil.
Combine all ingredients into a smooth mixture and place in a 25cm diameter baking dish.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.
Good appetite !!!
