Necessary food items:
– 3 eggs
– A pinch of salt
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 150g of sugar
– 100ml of oil
– 150ml of Greek yogurt
– 1 baking powder
– 220g of flour
– 3 pears
– A little powdered sugar
Procedure:
Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a little salt. Beat until the sugar melts and the mixture becomes foamy.
Add oil, yogurt and then flour and baking powder. Mix until the lumps disappear and the mixture is nicely uniform.
Wash 3 pears, peel them, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds.
Cut each quarter of the pear into three parts.
Line a 25cm diameter mold with baking paper.
Pour the dough into the mold and level the surface. Arrange the pear slices in a circle on the dough
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes
Decorate the baked cake with powdered sugar
