Perfect Plum Pie Recipe

Shortbread:
– 300g of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 150g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 150g of butter
– 2 eggs
– Juice of 1 lemon

Phil:
– 2 eggs
– 150g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 30 g of corn starch
– 400g of fruit yogurt with plums

And more:
– 500g of plums
– Powdered sugar for decoration

Procedure:
Pour flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter and mix the ingredients to combine. At the end, add eggs and lemon juice and knead a smooth dough.
Separate a third of the resulting dough and put it in the refrigerator. Roll out the remaining dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and transfer it to a baking dish. Press the dough and raise the edges along the edge of the mold.
Prick it with a fork so that it grows evenly.

Wash 500g of plums, dry them and remove the pits. Cut the plums into equal slices and arrange them on the dough.

We are making the pie filling. Break the eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar melts. Add the cornstarch and continue mixing with a mixer until everything is well combined. At the end, add the fruit yogurt, mix and pour over the plums. We level it with a spatula, and from above we arrange the remaining plums, which we cut into cubes.

Finally, grate the teato that was in the refrigerator on a coarse grater.
Our pie is ready for the oven.
Bake it in a heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for about 40 minutes

Only when it has cooled down well, do we take the pie out of the mold, decorate with powdered sugar and serve
