Let’s go to the recipe.

Dough:
– 150 ml of milk
– 7g of dry yeast
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 70ml of oil
– 200ml of yogurt
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 600-650g of flour

Phil:
– 400g of feta cheese
– 300g of tomato sauce
– 300g of ham or smoked chicken breast
– 200g of edam cheese (or hard cheese according to your taste)
– Salt to taste
– Dried oregano

For coating:
– 1 egg yolk
– a spoonful of milk

Procedure:
Put lukewarm milk in a bowl, add dry yeast and sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and yeast to activate the yeast.
Add eggs, oil and yogurt and mix everything again with a whisk.
At the end, add salt and sifted flour.

Mix with a wooden spoon until the flour is combined with the wet ingredients, and then continue to knead by hand until the dough stops sticking.
Cover the dough with transparent foil and a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
When the dough fills the bowl, transfer it to the mixing surface, shape it into a ball and let it rest a little longer.

During this time, prepare the pizza filling.
Mash the cheese with a fork, add the tomato sauce and mix everything well into a homogeneous mixture. If the cheese is not salty, add salt to taste.
We cut the ham, grate the hard cheese and it’s time to roll out our dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick.
Spread the filling on the dough and spread it over the entire surface. Then we sprinkle the ham on top of the filling, then the hard cheese and finally the oregano.
Roll the dough into a roll. Cut it into equal parts about 2 cm thick.
Arrange the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover and let it rise for about 20 minutes, just until the oven heats up.
Beat the egg yolks with a spoonful of milk and coat each roll.

Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes
