Puff Pastry Braid with prosciutto cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
Today I make a delicious meal in just 15 minutes. It is prepared quickly and easily, and eaten even faster.

Necessary food items:
– 300g of puff pastry
– 100g of prosciutto
– 150g of Emmentaler cheese
– 80g of marinated mushrooms
– 80g of dried tomatoes
– A pinch of oregano
– 1 egg yolk

Procedure:
In the middle of the puff pastry, first place the cheese in slices, then the prosciutto, marinated mushrooms and dried tomatoes on top of it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Fold the prosciutto over the filling.

Cut the puff pastry diagonally from both sides into strips about 1 cm wide. We fold the strips alternately from one side of the dough over the filling. Place the braid in a baking tray and coat with beaten egg yolk.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
