Vitamins include vitamin A, K, C and E, and minerals magnesium, potassium, manganese and iron.
Category: Puff Pastry
Groceries:
– 1 puff pastry, 300g
– 300g of feta cheese or any other cheese of your choice
– 100g of boiled and chopped Swiss chard
– 150g of smoked turkey fillet
– 100g of Trappist (hard cheese)
– A pinch of oregano
– Salt to taste
– 1 egg yolk
Procedure:
Mix cheese and Swiss chard, add salt if the cheese is unsalted and combine.
We unpack the dough and spread it with the prepared filling. Arrange the salami over the filling, then sprinkle with trappist (hard cheese) and oregano. Wrap everything in a roll. Cut the roll into slices 25 mm wide and almost to the end of the roll, but make sure that it does not separate. Twist the roll in a circle and separate the cut parts. Cover with beaten egg yolk to which we have added a spoonful of milk so that it does not burn during baking. Sprinkle with flax and sesame seeds, alternately for a better effect.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F)
A quick snack is ready in no time and you will enjoy every crunchy bite.
Good appetite !!!
