Ingredients needed for the dough:
– 700g of flour
– 40g of fresh yeast (can be dry if you are used to kneading with it)
– 2 eggs
– 200ml of milk
– 2 teaspoons of sugar
– 100ml of oil
– 100ml of water
– 2 teaspoons of salt

Pour lukewarm milk, sugar and crumble the yeast into the bowl. Let’s leave it for about 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. When the yeast has activated, add salt, eggs, oil, lukewarm water and mix everything. After that, sift the flour and knead the dough. Leave it covered in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
After that, take the dough out onto the work surface and divide it into 10 balls.
The dough is ready for making rolls. Let your imagination run wild 😄

– Nutella
– Feta cheese
– Ham
– Ketchup
– 1 egg for greasing the rolls
– Sesame, flax, chia for sprinkling
