1) Mix cheese, eggs, baking powder and salt. Add yogurt and mix everything to combine
2) Wash and finely chop the baby spinach, then add it to the previously prepared filling and mix everything into a homogeneous mixture
3) Unwrap the crusts, divide them into two equal parts for two rolls.
Spread the first crust with oil, put the second crust over it, spread it with oil and spread it with the cheese mixture. Coat each subsequent crust with oil and filling
4) When we have used up half of the crust and filling, roll up the roll.
We repeat everything with the remaining crusts and filling.
We wrap the rolls in transparent foil and put them in the freezer for two hours to firm up so they can be cut more easily
5) We make the topping for the rolls by mixing eggs, sour cream and Greek yogurt. If desired, add a little salt.
5) Cut the roll to 1.5 cm wide. Arrange in a circle in a mold with a diameter of 25 cm lined with baking paper
6) Pour the dressing over the rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes
Good appetite!!!
