Spinach Rose Pie
Spinach Rose Pie. An interesting scone with a juicy cheese and baby spinach filling.

Ingredients needed for the dough:
– 200ml of milk
– 1 spoon of sugar
– 20g of fresh yeast
– 50ml of oil
– 2 eggs
– 80ml of carbonated mineral water
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 500g of flour
For the filling:
– 300g of feta cheese
– 150g of young fresh spinach
– 50ml of milk
-1/3 teaspoon of salt
For coating
– 2 egg yolks
– 50g of melted butter
Knead the dough from the above ingredients and leave it for about 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
When it has risen, put it on the mixing board, shape it and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
We roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out circles with a diameter of about 12 cm.
Coat each circle with egg yolk and butter and put the feta and spinach filling. We connect two circles, twist into a roll and cut in half. The detailed procedure is in the video.
We arrange the roses in a circle in a mold lined with parchment paper and spread them with the remaining egg yolk and butter.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes
