Components:
– 200g of fresh dates
– 2 medium carrots
(150g)
– a teaspoon of coconut oil
– juice of 1 orange
– 80g of coconut protein
– about 20 roasted hazelnuts
Procedure:
Soak the dates in warm water for an hour. Take it out of the water and clean it from the stones, chop it in a chopper.
Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Combine dates and carrots with coconut oil, coconut protein and mix with orange juice. We make balls and put one hazelnut in each one. Roll the balls in coconut protein. If you don’t have coconut protein, you can replace it with coconut crumbs or coconut flour.
