Make it for your loved ones and enjoy every bite 💕

All measurements are per cup. My cup is 200ml. Yours can be of different volume, it is important that you measure everything with the same cup.

Recipe 👇
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup corn grits or polenta
1 cup wheat flour
1 baking powder
200g of sremuš
1 small zucchini
200g of feta cheese
Sesame or flax seeds for sprinkling

Procedure👇
Break the eggs and add a teaspoon of salt. Beat with a wire so that it foams a little. We measure the ingredients with a 200ml cup. Add yogurt and oil. Stir to combine all the ingredients. Add cornmeal (I used polenta), wheat flour and baking powder. Mix until all ingredients are combined and lumps of flour disappear.
Wash the Sremus and finely chop it. Add to the dough. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and add to the dough. At the end, add crumbled feta cheese. Mix lightly to combine all the ingredients.
Cover the 24×14 mold with baking paper. We pour the pie mixture into the mold and level it.
Let’s sprinkle with flax seeds.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with yogurt or kefir

Good appetite‼️
