Bark:
– 250g of plain flour
– 125g of butter
– 2 eggs
– 80g of sugar
– 1 baking powder
– A pinch of salt

Phil:
– 2 eggs
– 120g of sugar
-1 vanilla sugar
– 40g vanilla pudding powder
– 400g of Greek yogurt
– 300g of berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)

Pour flour into a mixing bowl, add baking powder, a pinch of salt, sugar and butter. Mix the ingredients by hand into a loose mass. Add the eggs and continue kneading until you get a smooth, non-sticky dough.
Roll out the dough in a 22 cm diameter baking dish. We raise the edges of the dough (3 cm) against the walls of the mold and shape them with a fork.
Let’s put the dough in the fridge while we make the filling.
For the filling, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Beat until the mixture becomes foamy. Then we add pudding powder and Greek yogurt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Pour the finished filling over the dough, and arrange the berries on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (365°F) for about 40-45 minutes

Decorate the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
