Zucchini Pie

Zucchini Pie. Today we are making a healthier version of our favorite zucchini pie, which are even tastier at the same time. Since I have tried them in many ways, the one we are preparing today is the tastiest for me without fearing that it will harm my figure.

Components:
1 large zucchini (300g)
1 large carrot (100g)
1 purple onion
200g of feta cheese (or of your choice)
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
2 cloves of garlic (or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder)
1 teaspoon of dried basil
3-4 spring onions
20g of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
A little grape seed oil
200g of cooked millet

It is very important to wash the millet and soak it in water for a couple of hours, preferably overnight. In the morning, we change the water and cook for 10 minutes

Procedure:
Grate the vegetables, add a little salt and let them drain. During this time, we cook the millet and cool it. Drain the vegetables and mix with millet. Add egg, cheese and spices, mix well and form patties, which we arrange in a tray on baking paper. Sprinkle with sunflower and pumpkin seeds and a few drops of oil. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes

Good appetite
