Young, fresh zucchini arrived and today I’m making my favorite zucchini pie.
Easy to prepare, from ingredients we always have at home, a quick and tasty meal ready in no time
An excellent snack or breakfast with a glass of milk or yogurt.
Crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, and the taste is excellent.

Necessary food items:
– 4 eggs
– 200g of cheese of your choice (I like feta because it gives a slightly stronger taste, and zucchini is quite neutral)
– 80ml of oil
– 100 ml of milk or yogurt
– 220g of flour
– 1 baking powder
– 1 large zucchini (300g)
-1 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
– 1 teaspoon of dill

First, wash the zucchini, remove the ends and grate it into thin slices.
Beat eggs until foamy, add cheese and spices, then oil and milk. Finally, sift the flour and baking powder. Beat until a smooth structure without lumps. Now add the drained zucchini and stir to combine the zucchini with the dough.
Pour the prepared mixture into a 25 cm diameter mold lined with baking paper.
Let’s sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes
